Triethylamine (0.15 ml, 1.1 mmol) is added to a stirred mixture of (6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl)-carbamic acid phenyl ester (Intermediate B1)(0.30 g, 0.90 mmol) and 2-(2-isopropyl-2H-tetrazol-5-yl)-ethylamine hydrochloride (Intermediate D1)(0.207 g, 1.1 mmol) in NMP (3 ml). The reaction mixture is stirred at 80° C. for 2 hours, cooled and diluted with water (100 ml) resulting in a grey precipitate. The solid is collected by filtration and dried in a vacuum oven to afford the title compound. [MH+ 395.09]
