Hydrogenation of 202 mg (0.49 mMol) 6-benzyloxy-benzo[d]isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid (3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-amide dissolved in 6 ml THF in presence of 70 mg Pd/C (10%, Engelhard 4505), filtration, concentration of the filtrate and trituration from hexane gives the title compound: MS: [M−1]=321; TLC(hexane/EtOAc 1:1): Rf=0.51.
