Procedure

Example 155 was prepared from 3-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylamino)-2-((1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-indazol-5-yl)(phenyl)methyl)-2-methyl-3-oxopropyl acetate (24 mg, 0.168 mmol) by treating with 1N HCl in CH3CN and heating for 1 hr at reflux. The product was purified by HPLC to give 6 mg of desired product. MS found: (M+H)+=48.
