The tert-butyl 2-((7-(4-morpholinophenyl)pyrido[4,3-b]pyrazin-5-ylamino)methyl)-1,1-dioxo-thiomorpholine-4-carboxylate (52 mg, 0.094 mmol) was dissolved in the solution of HCl in ethyl acetate (3 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours until TLC indicated Boc group was removed. The volatile materials was removed, the residue was neutralized with ammonium hydroxide (25%, 1 mL) and purified by C18 column to afford yellow solid 33 mg. MS (m/z): 455 (M+H)+
