Compound 9 (8.2 g, 27 mmol) and ammonium hydroxide (100 mL) were mixed and heated to 60° C. for two hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo to give compound 10 (7.8 g, 100% yield) as white solid. LC-MS: m/z 289 [M+H]+.
