Procedure

55 mg (0.56 mmol 4-(3-(8-Carbamoyl-quinazolin-4-ylamino)-3-{3-[(5-cyclopropyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl)-amino]-phenyl}-propyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester were dissolved in 1.0 ml dioxane and 350 μl 4 N HCl in dioxane were added. The mixture was stirred overnight, the solid was filtered and washed with dioxane.
