Procedure
To a suspension of 28 from Example 7 (2.95 g, 9.8 mmol) in abs. ethanol (100 ml) is added methoxylamine hydrochloride (1.23 g, 14.7 mmol) and the mixture is heated to 70° C. Sodium bicarbonate (1.23 g, 14.7 mmol) is added in portions over 20 min. Following the addition the mixture is stirred at 70° C. for additionally 2 hours. After cooling the solvent is removed under reduced pressure. Water is added to the residue and the product is filtered off, washed with water and dried. Yield: 2.77 g (86%). Mp 119-120° C.
