This compound is prepared by the procedure described in step B of EXAMPLE 36 from 0.605 g of 2,6-dimethylcyclohexylamine hydrochloride, 1 ml of triethylamine in 15 ml of DCM and 1.5 g of the compound obtained in step A of EXAMPLE 36 in 15 ml of DCM. 0.6 g of the expected product is obtained; m.p.=59.9° C.
