This compound was prepared following Method A starting from 2-(5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (0.100 g; 0.424 mmol), 5-(2,5-difluorobenzyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole-3-carboxylic acid (0.102 g; 0.424 mmol), HATU (0.161 g: 0.424 mmol) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.222 mL; 1.27 mmol) in DMF (3 mL). The purification by flash chromatography on silica gel (eluent: 1 to 10% of ethyl acetate in dichloromethane) gave 0.022 g (12%) of N-(2-(5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl)-5-(2,5-difluorobenzyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole-3-carboxamide as a solid.
