A mixture of N-cyano-N′-(4-morpholinopheny)-O-phenylisourea (0.10 g, 0.31 mmol) and [2-(4-Methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-pyrimidin-4-yl]-hydrazine (0.08 g, 0.34 mmol) in N-methylpyrrolidinone (3 mL) was heated in the microwave apparatus at 220° C. for 5 min. Purification by semi-preparative HPLC provided the title compound (0.09 g, 2% yield).
