The product of Example 358A (0.045 g, 0.09 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (2 mL) at 0° C. was treated with methanol (0.005 mL, 0.35 mmol), followed by dropwise addition of a 2.0 M solution of lithium borohydride in tetrahydrofuran (0.07 mL, 0.13 mmol), stirred at 25° C. for one hour, and diluted with 1 N hydrochloric acid. The resulting precipitate was filtered and dried. The solid was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and absorbed onto silica gel by evaporating to dryness. The resulting silica was loaded onto a 2 g Alltech sep pack and eluted with dichloromethane to give the title compound (0.020 g, 44%). MS (ESI−) m/z 503 (M−H)−.
