The product of Example 320C (0.050 g, 0.117 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (2 mL) was reacted with 2-bromoacetonitrile (16 μL, 0.230 mmol), potassium carbonate (0.15 g, 0.46 mmol) and tetrabutylammonium iodide (catalytic) at 25° C. for 1 day. The solution was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was triturated with ethyl acetate/hexane (1:1), filtered and washed with water to give title compound (52 mg, 95%).
