Compound 4 (100 mg) in THF (2 mL) was treated with 4M HCl in dioxane (1 mL) at rt for 1 h, concentrated, and then purified by LC-MS to give the title compound. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6): δ ppm 12.0 (s, 1H), 7.88 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 5.09-5.21 (m, 2H), 3.17 (m, 2H), 2.96 (t, J=11.1 Hz, 1H), 2.86 (d, J=10.6 Hz, 1H), 2.65 (m, 1H), 1.90 (d, J=11.6 Hz, 1H), 1.57 (d, J=13.1 Hz, 1H), 1.19-1.31 (m, 1H), 1.03-1.15 (m, 1H).
