The product from Example 351A (1 equiv) and 4-mercaptophenol (1 equiv) were dissolved in dimethylformamide and cesium carbonate (5 equiv) added. The resultant mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 2.5 hours, cooled to room temperature and water added. The solution was extracted with ethyl acetate, the organic extracts dried and concentrated under vacuum to provide the title product.
