Intermediate 67d (74 mg, 0.16 mmol) and Intermediate B (62 mg, 0.16 mmol) were suspended in 1,4-dioxane (5 mL) and DIPEA (32 mg, 42 μL, 0.25 mmol) added and the reaction heated to 60° C. for 18 h. The reaction was cooled, concentrated in vacuo and subjected to FCC, eluting with 0-5% 2M NH3 in MeOH/DCM, to afford the title compound (92 mg, 83%). LCMS (Method 3) Rt 3.51 min, 680.4 [MH+].
