A mixture of ((2S,3R)-2-(aminomethyl)-3-methylpiperidin-1-yl)(5-methyl-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)phenyl)methanone (0.032 g, 0.1 mmol), 2-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (0.019 g, 0.1 mmol) and K2CO3 (0.018 g, 0.13 mmol) in DMF was heated at 80° C. overnight. The mixture was purified via preparative-HPLC to obtain the title compound. ESI-MS (m/z): 466 [M+1]+.
