A mixture of ((2S,3R)-2-(((5-bromopyridin-2-yl)amino)methyl)-3-methylpiperidin-1-yl)(5-methyl-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)phenyl)methanone (0.052 g, 0.089 mmol), cyclopropylboronic acid (0.011 g, 1 mmol), Pd(Oac)2 (0.004 g, 0.018 mmol), tricyclohexylphosphine (0.01 g, 0.036 mmol) and K3PO4 (0.057 g, 0.267 mmol) in toluene (5 mL) and H2O (0.5 mL) was degassed, sealed and heated overnight at 100° C. in a microwave reactor. The reaction was filtered through a pad of diatomaceous earth, washing with EtOAc. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the crude was purified by reverse-phase preparative-HPLC to obtain the title compound. ESI-MS (m/z): 431 [M+1]+.
