The procedure of Example 21 was followed to react 0.30 g of 7-amino-6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2-(3-diethylamino-propylamino)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine from Example 20 and 0.077 mL of isopropyl isocyanate. The product was purified by medium pressure chromatography on silica gel eluting with 90:10:1 EtOAc:MeOH:TEA to afford the title compound, mp 88-100° C.; CIMS (1% ammonia in methane): m/z (relative intensity) 504 (MH+, 3), 506 (MH+ +2, 2), 86 (100)
