To a mixture of 4.1c (91 mg, 0.20 mmol), 3-hydroxybenzoic acid (28 mg, 0.20 mmol), and diisopropylethylamine (104 □L, 0.60 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was added HATU (76 mg, 0.20 mmol) and the solution stirred for 18 h. The solvent was removed and the resulting residue purified by reverse-phase HPLC eluting with a water/acetonitrile gradient containing 0.1% TFA and lyophilized to give 34 mg (30%) of the product.
