To a solution of (4S)-1-(4-amino-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-(dimethylamino)pyrrolidin-2-one (69.9 mg), 2-(2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino)pyridin-4-yl)-1,3-oxazole-4-carboxylic acid (146 mg) and HATU (143 mg) in DMF (1.57 mL) was added diisopropylethylamine (0.082 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hr. The reaction mixture was poured into water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed successively with water, saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (NH, ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (63.7 mg).
