The general displacement procedure described herein was used with 2-(4-amino-2-chlorophenoxy)ethan-1-ol (9 mg, 0.05 mmol), (7R,8aS)-N-(2-chloro-5-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)-octahydro-5,5-dimethylindolizin-7-amine hydrochloride (16 mg, 0.05 mmol) and pTsOH.H2O (18 mg, 0.1 mmol) in IPA (5 mL) at reflux to give the product (16 mg, 74% yield) as a solid after workup and purification by preparative thin-layer chromatography using DCM/2M NH3 in MeOH as eluent (9:1; 5 preparative TLC plates).
