A solution of the product from Example 44B (0.116 g, 0.301 mmol) in dimethylformamide (2 mL) under nitrogen was treated with sodium hydride (0.018 g, 0.451 mmol) at ambient temperature, stirred for 30 minutes, treated with iodomethane (0.038 mL, 0.602 mmol), stirred for 30 minutes at ambient temperature and quenched into cold water. The mixture was extracted into ethyl acetate and the organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium chloride, dried (anhydrous Na2SO4), filtered, and concentrated to afford the title compound (0.12 g, 100%).
