To a solution of 5-(3-(6-chloropyrazin-2-yl)-1-tosyl-1H-indol-5-yl)-N-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine (100 mg, 0.166 mmol) in NMP (1 mL) was added 1-methylpiperazin-2-one (28.4 mg, 0.249 mmol) and Et3N (69.2 μL, 0.497 mmol). The reaction was stirred at 155° C. for 18 h, then cooled to RT. H2O was added and the resulting suspension was filtered to give the crude material. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 681 (M+1).
