The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the compound of example 1, using 3-(1-bromoethyl)-4-m-tolyl-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate C5, 80 mg, 0.23 mmol), 9H-purin-6-amine (63 mg, 0.46 mmol) and K2CO3 (64.4 mg, 0.46 mmol) to give the title compound (50 mg, 54%).
