The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the compound of example 10, 3-(1-bromoethyl)-4-m-tolyl-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate C5, 67 mg, 0.195 mmol), 9H-purine-6-thiol hydrate (33.2 mg, 0.195 mmol)) and K2CO3 (27 mg, 0.111 mmol) to give to give the title compound (70 mg, 87%)
