N-methyl[4-(2-methylsulfonylquinazolin-6-yloxy)(2-pyridyl)]carboxamide 15 (1 eq) was treated with 2-naphthylaniline (2 eq) in acetonitrile (1 M) and heated at 80-85° C. The mixture was evaporated and purified on preparative chromatography to give the product.
