A solution of the product of Example 64E (37 mg) in tetrahydrofuran (0.26 mL) and water (0.13 mL) was treated with LiOH (6.1 mg, 1.4 equivalents), stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours, quenched with 1N HCl (0.15 mL) at 0° C., and the solvents were evaporated to give the title compound, to be used without further purification.
