A solution of 2,4-dichloro-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (200 mg, 0.585 mmol), 1-methyl-indazol-6-ylamine (86 mg, 0.585 mmol) and DIEA (0.250 mL, 1.44 mmol) in dioxane (5 mL) was stirred at 110° C. for 20 h. EtOAc and H2O were added. The organic phase was separated, washed with 1N HCl, then with 5% NaHCO3, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated in vacuo to give 2-chloro-N-(1-methyl-1H-indazol-6-yl)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (216 mg).
