7.0 ml of triethylamine and 10.4 g of the N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid were added to 9.4 g of L-leucyl-glycinamide in 120 ml of dioxane at 10° C. and the reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at this temperature, after which 30 ml of water were added and the stirred mixture was allowed to react for 20 hours at room temperature.
