Procedure

0.046 mole of the acid obtained in stage B is mixed with 19 ml of dimethylformamide and the mixture is then heated to 150° C. for 2 hours. The mixture is taken up with water and the product is extracted with ethyl ether. The organic phases are washed with sodium bicarbonate solution and then with water; they are dried and the solvent is evaporated off to obtain an oily residue.
