Title compound 11A, 1-(4-amino-phenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamine (36 mg, 1.1 eq, 0.16 mmol), 4-methoxybenzenesulphonylchloride (30 mg, 1.0 eq, 0.15 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (25 μl, 1.0 eq, 0.15 mmol) were added to DMF (1 ml) and the mixture was stirred for 15 hours at room temperature under an inert atmosphere. Methanol was then added (1 ml) and the solvents were removed in vacuo. The resultant solid was purified by semi-preparative HPLC to yield the title compound as a white solid (40 mg, 0.10 mmol, 70%). LCMS: [M+H]+=397, Rt=1.66 min, 100% purity.
