A mixture of Example 72A (122 mg, 0.5 mmol), potassium carbonate (138 mg, 1.0 mmol) in a mixed solvent of methanol/tetrahydrofuran/H2O(3 mL/3 mL/0.5 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 h. The reaction mixture was acidified with 1N HCl. The solid was filtered, washed with water and ethyl acetate to provide the title compound as an off-white solid (35 mg, 40% yield).
