A mixture of 2-(4-{[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]oxy}-3,5-difluorophenyl)ethyl imidocarbamate (250 mg, 0.459 mmol), ethyl (2Z)-2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-2-propenoate (132 mg, 0.918 mmol) and K2CO3 (127 mg, 0.918 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) was heated with a microwave condition at 110° C. for 1.5 h. Purification via MDAP afforded the title compound (60 mg, 27.5% yield). LCMS: rt=3.83 min, [M+H+]=475
