To the solution of 2-{4-[(6-methyl-2-pyridinyl)oxy]phenyl}ethyl imidocarbamate (200 mg, 0.737 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (182 mg, 0.811 mmol) in NMP (3 mL) was added K2CO3 (408 mg, 2.95 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (15 mg, 4.57% yield). LCMS: rt=2.54 min, [M+H+]=447
