The same procedure as E125 from 2-(4-{[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]oxy}-3,5-difluorophenyl)ethyl imidocarbamate (143 mg, 0.362 mmol), ethyl (2Z)-3-hydroxy-2-{[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]methyl}-2-propenoate (129 mg, 0.543 mmol) and K2CO3 (125 mg, 0.906 mmol) in DMF (3 mL), except that the reaction temperature was 130° C., to afford the title compound (31 mg, 0.054 mmol, 15.04% yield) as white solid. LCMS: rt=3.61 min, [M+H+]=569
