Intermediate 5 (800 mg, 2.85 mmol) and 2-chloro-5-ethylpyrimidine (447 mg, 3.14 mmol) were dissolved in propan-2-ol (25 ml). To this mixture N,N-Diisopropylethyl amine (3.1 ml, 17.12 mmol) added and stirred at 90° C. for 12 h. After completion of the reaction, propan-2-ol was removed to obtain the crude. Crude was purified by combiflash using a mixture of AcOEt and Petether (8:92) as eluent to afford the titled compound (80 mg) as a pale-yellow solid. 1H-NMR (δ ppm, CDCl3, 400 MHz): 8.19 (s, 2H), 7.81 (s, 1H), 7.41 (dd, J 1.6, 8.6, 1H), 7.35 (d, J 8.6, 1H), 4.72 (d, J 13.6, 2H), 3.27-3.11 (m, 3H), 2.47 (q, J 7.6, 2H), 2.21 (dd, J 2.6, 13.1, 2H), 2.02-1.90 (m, 2H), 1.19 (t, J 7.6, 3H).
