Procedure

4-Fluorobenzoic acid methyl ester (125 mg, 0.807 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (3.0 mL), and potassium carbonate (150 mg, 1.08 mmol) and the compound (200 mg, 0.538 mmol) obtained in Example 36 (1) were added thereto, followed by stirring overnight while heating at 120° C. After the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, water was added thereto. After extraction with chloroform, the extract was washed with water and a saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The desiccant was filtered off, and the residue obtained by evaporation under reduced pressure was purified using medium pressure silica gel flash column chromatography (methanol:chloroform=1:100), thereby giving the title compound (11.0 mg, 4%) as a white solid.
