To a mixture of 1-{8-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-[3-methoxy-4-(2-methyl-1,3-oxazol-5-yl)phenyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-8-yl}methanamine (76.7 mg) and triethylamine (26.2 μL) in THF (1 mL) was added acetic anhydride under ice-cooling, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. Water was added to the reaction mixture, and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration. The solid was purified by silica gel column chromatography (methanol/ethyl acetate) to give the title compound (59.6 mg).
