Procedure

To a solution of tert-butyl 2-(4-((4-((3S)-3-cyano-3-cyclopropyl-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-methylpropanoate (1.0 g) obtained in Step C of Example 108 in ethyl acetate (10 mL) was added a solution of 4 M hydrogen chloride in ethyl acetate (10 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hr. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallized (diisopropyl ether/ethanol) to give the crude title compound (1.1 g).

Workup

  1. customThe solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure
  2. customthe residue was recrystallized (diisopropyl ether/ethanol)
