5-Bromo-3-(dimethylaminomethyleneamino)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with 4-(4-methyl[1,4]diazepan-1-yl)phenylamine by method A1 with addition of isopropanol in addition. The product with the molecular weight of 419.34 (C18H19BrN4OS) was obtained in this way; MS (EST): 419, 421 (N+H+).
