Procedure
0.7 ml of 2N HCl is added to a solution of 21 mg of butyl[6-chloro-5-phenyl-1-(2-(trimethylsilanyl)ethoxymethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]amine in 0.3 cm3 of methanol. The reaction medium is stirred at ambient temperature for 48 hours and at reflux for 1 hour, then evaporated. The solid obtained is dried under vacuum to give 16 mg of N-butyl-6-chloro-5-phenyl-1H-indazol-3-amine (yellow solid).
