A mixture of 2,3-dichloro-pyridine (44 mg, 0.3 mmol, Aldrich), 7-chloro-2-[(3R)-3-methylpiperazin-1-yl]-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (80 mg, 0.25 mmol, Example 48a) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.1 mL, 0.58 mmol, Aldrich) reacted under the conditions of Example 48b to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 430 (M+1).
