Procedure

A solution of 7-(1-(2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine-5-amine (120 mg, 0.361 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL) was treated with HCl (4-M in dioxan, 1 mL), stirred for 2 h, filtered and the resulting solid washed with Et2O to give the title compound (76 mg, 100%) as a yellow solid.
