To a solution of the compound of Example 58 (1.00 g, 5.0 mmol) and triethylamine (0.77 ml, 5.5 mmol) in anhydrous dichloromethane (10 ml) was added dropwise isobutyl chloroformate (2.60 ml, 20 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 18 h and then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was partitioned between water (10 ml) and ethyl acetate (10 ml) and the two layers were separated. The aqueous layer was extracted with ethyl acetate (10 ml) and the combined organic layers were dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo.
