To N-(3-ethyl-1-((1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)methyl)-1H-indazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxamide (400 mg, 0.791 mmol) was added in TFA (4 mL) and Et3SiH (2 mL). The mixture was heated at 80° C. for 3 hours, and then at 100° C. for an additional 2 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to a residue. Purification by silica gel chromatography (EtOAc/hexanes 1:2) provided the product (197 mg).
