7-(3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-6-methoxy-N-(1-methoxypropan-2-yl)-3-nitroquinolin-4-amine (0.80 g, 2.070 mmol) was dissolved in EtOAc (120 ml) and hydrogenated using a flow hydrogenation apparatus (H Cube™, settings: full hydrogen, atmospheric pressure, 1 ml/min flow rate). The eluant was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as an orange gum (0.73 g, 99%). LCMS (formate) Rt 0.73 min, MH+ 357.
