To a solution of [4-(2-pyridin-2-yl-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[1,2-b]pyrazol-3-yl)-quinolin-7-yl]-carbamic acid 2-hydroxy-ethyl ester (40.2 mg, 0.097 mmol) and triphenylphosphine (35.0 mg, 0.14 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (1 mL) at room temperature is added diethyl 40% azodicarboxylate in toluene (50 μL, 0.11 mmol). The mixture is stirred 18 h, filtered, and the filtrate concentrated in vacuo. The residue is chromatographed on SiO2 (2% to 15% methanol in dichloromethane) to yield the desired product, 15.2 mg (40%).
