Procedure
510 mg of 4′-{[benzyl-(2-thiophen-2-ylacetyl)amino]methyl}-3′-chloro-biphenyl-2-sulfonic acid t-butylamide and 110 μl of anisole are allowed to stand at RT for 18 h in 3 ml of trifluoroacetic acid. The volatile constituents are then removed in vacuo, the residue is taken up in 5 ml of toluene and volatile constituents are again removed in vacuo. 586 g of a colorless oil are obtained, which is used further without purification.
Workup
- customThe volatile constituents are then removed in vacuo
- customvolatile constituents are again removed in vacuo
