Procedure

Phenol 45 is reacted with Br—Q1—Br in a solvent such as acetone, 2-butanone, acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) in the presence of a base such as sodium hydride, potassium carbonate and cesium carbonate at a temperature between −20° C. and 100° C., preferably at 20° C. to 85° C. to give bromide 48. Bromide 48 can be reacted with amine, NH(Q2R6)(Q3R7), in the absence or in the presence of a solvent such as EtOH, DMF and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at a temperature between 0° C. and 150° C., preferably at 20° C. to 130° C., to give an amino derivative 49.
