In the manner of Example 2, Step F, the reaction of 1.33 g (0.0054 mole) of 1-(2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-dihydro-5H-tetrazol-5-one with 0.26 g (0.0054 mole) of sodium hydride and 1.6 g (0.01 mole) of iodoethane in 60 mL of dimethylsulfoxide produced 1.26 g of 1-(2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-ethyl-5H-tetrazol-5-one, compound 105, 79°-80° C. Compound 106 was prepared in a similar manner.
